As I told you at the beginning, I am a lover of holistic therapies and I have been training out of passion, looking for tools to overcome the barriers that I have experienced as an entrepreneur and as an immigrant from Chile to Switzerland for love, where I had to adapt to a world so different from the one I used to know in my beloved Chile...

As an entrepreneur I have been through the mud, and I know firsthand all the blocks (often unconscious) that we put on ourselves for fear of "not being up to par", of "being judged or criticized" (believe me, the most feared is our closest circle), of "failing" (although the failures I have had have been my greatest successes over time).

The beauty of this is that the Coach only FACILITATES the process through questions, and the change happens thanks to YOUR ANSWERS AND REFLECTIONS, along with the ACTIONS committed to achieving that change.

The first step is to feel that "discomfort" and want to change it to feel more fulfilled, free and complete.

If we make a good match after the free "tuning" session, an initial package of 4 sessions is recommended since in the process of change resistances or new windows of opportunity appear that we will deepen together until we achieve and internalize the objective you desire.

This methodology is easy, practical and very effective.

Like layers of onion, PSYCH-K® works at an unconscious level, since that is where most of our limiting beliefs have been installed, which prevent us from moving forward and enjoying life once and for all doing what we love. Fears, insecurities and limiting beliefs block us from launching ourselves.
